Repairing Budget Integrity

This article applies to:  All MIP Accounting products, all versions

Purpose

The Budget Rebuild script is designed to rebuild all Budget balance records based upon existing Budget detail records.  This will generally repair integrity problems identified by the following Budget integrity check #37.

Instructions

1. Download MIPQry.exe. The Budget Rebuild script is executed using a program called MIPQry.exe.  Please refer to the "Related Articles" section on the right hand side of this screen and click on the "MIPQry Instructions" article for more detail.

2. Choose the version of the script for your operating system and MIP product version.

FOR SAGE MIP ACCOUNTING V5.1 and PRIOR VERSIONS

3. Save the script file into the MIPQry folder (It is located at C:\MIPQry by default) on your workstation.

4. Back up your organization database(s).

5. Execute the script as part of the MIPQry.exe process.
