Brief Description of issue: Allocation Indirect Cost rate is calculating the wrong amount for the first fund
Detailed Description of Issue
- Symptom: When using an indirect cost rate allocation, the largest fund with values, is calculating at a rate different from the stated rate in the allocation code setup.
- Conditions: Using the ICR cost rate and the largest fund that has values.
- Supplemental: Workaround: Please see directions below for running workstation update 7.1.3.
